*Photo Copy of Valid ID (Company ID, TIN ID, SSS ID, Driver's License, PRC.etc.)
*Photo Copy of Passport (if OFW or Foreigner)
*Pay Reservation Fee
What is my first step to avail a condo unit?
First, you have to choose your preferred unit.
Choose your unit size, and what floor, which tower, depending on the availability.

Step 1 : Choose your PREFERRED UNIT : Contact the Real Estate Specialist (Website Onwer) your real estate especialist to check if the unit that you wanted is available.

Step 2 : Fill up the Buyers Information Sheet. Request for Reservation and Offer to Purchase Form.

Step 3 : Pay Your Reservation Fee and SUBMIT your documents to your Real Estate Specialist (website owner), Your Property Specialist will be happy to assist you on choosing you availability unit.

Definitions of Terms
Buyers Information and Request for Reservation and Offer to Purchase (RROP) –
A form that contains the Buyers essential personal information like contact details, mailing address, etc. It’s a document executed by the Buyer, declaring his intent to purchase a specific Unit / House and Lot, together with his/her payment of the Reservation Fee. A form that specifies the description of the Unit, Contract Prices, Terms of Payment, and other terms and conditions that the Client had agreed upon relative to his/her purchase.
Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) ?
A Legal document which serves as an evidence of ownership over a Condominium Unit issued by the Land Registration Authority
Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) ?
A Legal document which serves as an evidence of ownership over a parcel of Land issued by the Land Registration Authority
Contract to Sell (CTS) ?
A Contract governing a purchase of a specific Unit / House and Lot whereby the Terms and Conditions of the Sale such as but not limited to the Payment Terms and Transfer of Ownership are stated.
Deed of Absolute Sale (DAS) ?
A Contract executed by the Seller and the Buyer whereby the Seller unconditionally transfers to the Buyer all its rights, interests and Title to the Property subject of the Sale and the Buyer thereby accepts it.
Letter of Guarantee (LOG) ?
A written guarantee from a Bank that a Buyer has complied with the Bank requirements for the release of Loan to cover payment for any portion of the Purchase Price.
Is my Spouse required to sign all documents ?
Under the New Family Code, it is presumed that the Property purchased by a Married individual shall form part of the absolute community (or conjugal partnership if the spouses were married before August 3, 1987), unless the spouses have agreed to a separation of property before their marriage or if one of the spouses executes a sworn statement (Affidavit of Paraphernal / Separation of Property) stating that the funds used to purchase the property do not form part of their absolute community of property or conjugal partnership but were taken from the personal / paraphernal / separate funds of his/her spouse. Note that the Affidavit must be duly Notarized or Consularized (if executed outside the Philippines).
Are Foreigners allowed to purchase a Property ?
Foreign nationals are allowed to purchase Condominium Units. Whereas prohibited from acquiring and owning Land in the Philippines unless married to a Filipino national or has a Philippine Registered Company.
Are minors allowed to purchase a Property ?
Yes, but the minor must be represented by his/her legal guardian, if his/her parents are already deceased. For purposes of registration of the property purchased by the minor/s as represented by his/her parents, an original and duly Notarized (or Consularized, if executed outside the Philippines) Affidavit of Parents (minor buyer) must be submitted.
When do I get Official Receipts for the Payments I made ?
It is important to indicate your Mailing Address on the RROP form so EELHI won’t commit the mistake of sending it via courier to the wrong address on a Monthly basis.
Why do I need to sign a Contract to Sell Agreement ?
This Contract is binding between the Seller and Buyer and will serve as basis for other Contracts to follow preceding the Purchase of a Property.
Can I authorize a representative to sign the Contract to Sell on my behalf ?
Should the Buyer wish to authorize a representative to sign the Contract to Sell on his/her behalf, the authorized representative should present and submit an original copy of a duly Notarized or Consularized Special Power of Attorney (SPA), together with the Buyer’s valid Government issued ID as well as his/her own for validation.
When can I sign a Contract to Sell Agreement ?
The CTS will be available upon request from your Property Agent soon as the Buyer has completed paying 2% of the Units Contract Price or has cleared 4 Monthly Amortization payments
What do I do when the Turn Over or Move in period sets in ?
The remaining balance or the unsettled amount due to the Seller is due and demandable either by Cash, Bank or In House financing. A notice for Turnover will be transmitted to you to the Address indicated on your Contract via courier or registered mail. Just the same, an EELHI representative will call you or send a notification via your Email address for a detailed guide on the “move-in” process.
